Do I have to use my real name on my WellnessFX account?
Our policies do not permit false identities to be used in connection with our services, because medical and health services need to be provided in the person's real name and using a false identity could impact the ability of WellnessFX and/or our practitioners to provide services to you. The privacy of your information is extremely important to WellnessFX and we do not disclose personal information except as permitted under our privacy policy.
